Preparing your order

All orders received from Monday to Friday are prepared the same day or the next. Order placed on weekends are prepared on the next Monday or Tuesday.

Tracking your order

Once your order's been placed, a tracking number will be available in My Account > Order History and Details.

Shipping time

Shipping time is 4 to 6 days for Europe and 6 to 8 days to all other regions (business days). Check the tracking service to see where your order is.
